Proposed Scale: Land use scale of approximately 33.75 hectares, including: Residential land; Mixed-use land; Educational land; Greenery land; Sports and physical training land; Parking land; Technical infrastructure land; and Transportation land.
Estimated Area: 33.75 hectares (ha).
Proposed Implementation Schedule: 2026 – 2030.
Preliminary Total Investment: 14,578 billion VND.
Investment Form: Non-budgetary capital.
Investor Selection Method: Bidding for investor selection.
