Project Name: Tien Duong Sports and Green Park Project.

Location: Phuc Thinh and Dong Anh Communes.

Investment Objective: To develop an integrated complex of green park, sports and physical training facilities, Vietnam–Japan cultural exchange spaces, services, and recreational facilities with synchronized architecture, landscape, and technical infrastructure to serve local residents and international visitors.

Proposed Scale: Total study area of approximately 161,540 m², including: Park and recreational area: 17,350 m²; Regulating lake and floating stage: 55,070 m²; Landscape green space: 26,640 m²; Functional construction land: 8,050 m²; Transport land, parking areas, and squares: 52,090 m². Architectural scale includes: Building coverage ratio of 5%; Building height of up to 2 above-ground floors.

Proposed Area: Approximately 16.1 ha.

Proposed Implementation Schedule: Q4/2025.

Estimated Total Investment: 538 billion VND.

Investment Form: Non-Budgetary Capital.
