Design & Layout

The design plan of the An Lac – Phuc Dong Wastewater Collection System and Treatment Plant is inspired by the idea “Green Parallel – Clean Flow”, reflecting the synchronization between technical infrastructure and urban landscape. The layout includes 2 treatment plants strategically located in Long Bien District: Phuc Dong (1.68 ha, capacity 31,500 m³/day) and An Lac (capacity 29,600 m³/day), connected with a 34 km network of underground pipelines (D300–D1000 mm), totaling 07 pumping stations, manholes, and separation wells. The site arrangement emphasizes optimizing collection flow, convenient operation, minimizing impacts on residential areas, while enhancing green spaces and harmonizing with the urban environment.
