The 5-star hotel project is located at No. 18 Cao Ba Quat Street, Van Mieu Ward, Hanoi City. The project aims to promote local socio-economic development, make effective use of land resources, and meet the hotel and tourism demand of the area and the city. The project covers a total area of approximately 3,366 m², with an estimated investment of over 414 billion VND and an operational period of 50 years.

Construction area: 2,659 m²;

Building density: 79%, ensuring setbacks from the red line boundary; distances to surrounding boundaries must comply with Vietnam Building Code on Regional and Town Planning (QCXDVN 01:2008/BXD), design standards, and other relevant regulations;

Building height: 5–6 floors. Specifically: The section facing Cao Ba Quat Street is 3–5 floors (12–20 m); the rear section (with a 3–6 m setback from the street front) has a maximum height of 6 floors (22 m).

Total floor area: 15,923 m².

Total Investment Capital: VND 414,334,296,000 (Four hundred fourteen billion, three hundred thirty-four million, two hundred ninety-six thousand Vietnamese Dong).

Main construction cost: VND 188,010,000,000;

Contingency cost (provisional): VND 28,210,000,000;

Loan interest cost (provisional): VND 15,990,000,000.

Approved Starting Price for Land Use Right Auction: VND 201,775,389/m². Total land use value as the basis for the starting price: VND 679,175,959,903.

Duration of Operation: 50 years from the date of the land allocation or land lease decision in accordance with the law.

Winning Bidder: Duyen Ha Co., Ltd (Address: No. 04, Lane 41, Tuong Mai Street, Tuong Mai Ward, Hanoi City).

Auctioned Land Lot: Total area of the auctioned land use rights: 3,366 m².

Winning Bid Price and Total Amount Due:

Winning bid price for land use rights: VND 1,379,303,959,374.

Total amount payable to the State Budget by the winning bidder: VND 1,379,303,959,374 (One trillion, three hundred seventy-nine billion, three hundred three million, nine hundred fifty-nine thousand, three hundred seventy-four Vietnamese Dong).
