Project objectives:
To develop a new urban area in accordance with the approved urban sub-zone plan, synchronized in technical and social infrastructure, aiming to improve residents’ quality of life and contribute to creating a new urban landscape for the locality.
To efficiently utilize the land fund, develop and meet housing demand for local residents. Generate budget revenue from bidding to select the investor to implement the project in line with the socio-economic development objectives, plans, and tasks of the City and locality.

Land use scale: 34.44 ha
Population scale: approximately 3,000 people
Expected investment capital: approximately VND 2,614.79 billion, including:
Preliminary total project implementation cost: approximately VND 2,348.69 billion
Compensation, support, and resettlement cost: approximately VND 266.1 billion
Project duration: 50 years (calculated from the date the investor is granted land allocation or land lease; land allocation/lease term complies with land law regulations).
Project implementation schedule: 2024 – 2028
Investor selection method: Bidding to select the investor to implement the project according to the law on bidding.
