The New Urban Area – Green Innovation City Social Housing project covers an area of 38.22 ha across Phu Dong Commune, Gia Lam Commune, and Phuc Loi Ward (Hanoi), with an estimated total investment of VND 10,342 billion. The project aims to develop a smart green urban area, combining social housing and commercial housing, with synchronized technical and social infrastructure, optimizing living space and amenities for residents.
