The project is located in Phuc Thinh Commune – an area experiencing rapid infrastructure and urban development, with easy access to central Hanoi via Nhat Tan Bridge and Vo Nguyen Giap Street. Close to major transport routes such as National Highway 3, Nhat Tan – Noi Bai Expressway, facilitating travel to the airport, major industrial zones, and the new administrative center of the City
The project is one of the pilot models for concentrated social housing areas under the approved 1/500 detailed plan by the City People’s Committee.
