Design & Layout
The design of Lai Yen Wastewater Treatment Plant Phase I is inspired by the idea “Keep it Green from the Source – Clean City.” The architecture is minimalist, with a scientific functional layout harmonizing engineering and green landscape. The site layout clearly separates the treatment area, administrative space, and surrounding green areas, located on a sufficiently large land plot in Son Dong Commune to optimize operation while minimizing impact on the surrounding urban environment.
