Project Name: Tan Lap New Urban Area.
Location: O Dien Commune.
Investment Objective: To develop a new urban area with synchronized technical and social infrastructure.
Proposed Scale: 43.6 hectares, comprising the following functional components: Commercial and service land (TMDV); New residential land; Social housing (NOXH); Schools, green spaces, public parks, and water surface; Parking lots and transportation infrastructure.
Estimated Area: 43.6 hectares (ha).
Proposed Implementation Schedule: 2026 – 2030.
Preliminary Total Investment: 3,052 billion VND.
Investment Form: Non-budgetary capital.
Investor Selection Method: Bidding for investor selection.
Project Proponent: Interested Investors.

Luật Thủ Đô 2026
Luật Thủ đô 2026 (sửa đổi) đã được Quốc hội thông qua ngày 23/4/2026 và chính thức có hiệu lực thi hành từ ngày 01/7/2026, thay thế cho luật cũ năm 2024. Luật mới tập trung mở rộng không gian thể chế, trao quyền tự chủ đặc thù cho Hà Nội để phát triển.
