CN2 Industrial Cluster is located near Noi Bai International Airport (only 5 minutes away), 30 km from central Hanoi, and about 120 km from Hai Phong Port via QL5 and Expressway 5B. The project has convenient connections to key transport routes including Provincial Road 131, QL3, QL18, Noi Bai – Lao Cai Expressway, Noi Bai – Thai Nguyen Expressway, and Noi Bai – Bac Ninh – Ha Long Expressway. It takes approximately 30 minutes to reach major industrial zones such as Samsung Thai Nguyen and Samsung Bac Ninh.

The planning study covers an area of approximately 561.31 ha with an expected population of 21,150 by 2030.
The area is designed as a multi-sector concentrated industrial zone, prioritizing the development of electronics – IT, mechanical engineering, automobile manufacturing, new materials, pharmaceuticals – cosmetics, textiles, and more. At the same time, the project invests in synchronized technical and social infrastructure, worker housing, and auxiliary facilities serving the industrial zone.

CN2 Industrial Cluster is equipped with modern, integrated infrastructure. Electricity is supplied from the Noi Bai 110kV substation (18,000 kVA), and water is sourced from the city system via a booster pump station with 2,022 m³/day capacity. Wastewater treatment meets Class A standards with a capacity of 1,250 m³/day. Telecommunications are connected to each land plot. Supporting amenities include rental offices, parking lots, banking facilities, product display areas, and services for professionals, management, and workers.
