Project objectives:
To develop a new urban area in accordance with the approved urban sub-zone plan, synchronized in technical and social infrastructure, aiming to improve residents’ quality of life and contribute to creating a new urban landscape for Mê Linh District.
To efficiently utilize the land fund, develop and meet housing demand for local residents. Generate budget revenue from bidding to select the investor to implement the project in line with the socio-economic development objectives, plans, and tasks of the City and Mê Linh District.
