Project objectives:
To develop a new urban area in accordance with the approved urban sub-zone plan, synchronized in technical and social infrastructure, aiming to improve residents’ quality of life and contribute to creating a new urban landscape for Mê Linh District.
To efficiently utilize the land fund, develop and meet housing demand for local residents. Generate budget revenue from bidding to select the investor to implement the project in line with the socio-economic development objectives, plans, and tasks of the City and Mê Linh District.
Planning compliance: Urban sub-zone N1, scale 1/2000, approved by Hanoi People's Committee under Decision No. 1911/QĐ-UBND dated 28/02/2013

Mixed-use commercial-service land: approximately 3.547 ha (HH-01: 1.458 ha, HH-02: 2.089 ha), building height 3–9 floors;
Public-service land: approximately 5.997 ha, including:
Education land: approximately 1.83 ha, building height 3 floors;
Healthcare land: approximately 0.102 ha;
Cultural and sports land: approximately 4.066 ha, including:
Urban-level cultural and sports center: approximately 1.731 ha, 3–9 floors;
Residential unit-level cultural and sports center: approximately 0.50 ha, 3–5 floors;
Practice field: approximately 1.228 ha;
Group playgrounds: approximately 0.607 ha.
Commercial land: approximately 0.201 ha, building height 5 floors;
